Campaign details and general update

The industrious Dave "web guy" Allen has all the Warhammer Historical campaign weekend details to post up on the main WHW web site. Thanks Dave!

Theres some great campaigns planned, the 4000 points per side Classical games should look fantastic and its a debut for the Legends of the High Seas and the Great War, so enter quick if you want a space.

Other news.
Work still goes on to finish the Great War in time for the "Who Do You Think You are Live" event at the start of May, theres some detail on our web site already about this event and lots more to come later this week, along with a 2 for one ticket offer!

Painting of Germans has stalled due to sickness sweeping the family again, small children certainly spread colds quickly but I did start painting the 77mm at the weekend, and started doing the base flesh colours on the first platoon.

25 years of Warhammer celebrations continue here and GW HQ. My Orcs saw battle alongside Matt Andersons Chaos Warriors and lost to the Dwarf army of Black Library editor Nick Kyme and the Dark "but obviously before the sundering!" Elves of Mark Chambers.

Random information.
This week I have been listening to the marvellous Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds album "Dig Lazarus Dig!", Danzigs 6.66 album and arrived today, Deep Purple Live in Paris 1975.
